Different Types of Sugar
Different types of sugar include Glucose, Fructose, Sucrose, and Lactose. Glucose is the more natural sugar and is used by our bodies more frequently this could be referred to as the 'healthy sugar'. Glucose is found in most fruits. Fructose and Sucrose are both considered table sugar. Lactose is sugar that comes from any dairy product. Sugars are so complex, and they can help give your body energy.
