GMO's
GMO stands for the genetically modified organism. Lots of our foods are genetically modifyed. If we had not grow to genetically modify the plant 'Brassica Oleracea' we would not have broccoli, califlower, kale, brussle sprouts, or kohlrabi. All of these vegtables have been genetically modifyed naturally into different varrients of the plant species Brassica Olercea. Even though plants like the brassica olercea have been genetically modifyed GMO's can cause public heath prodlems and allergies. (Stromberg)
