Proteins
Proteins are components in food that are often known for building muscle. Proteins can also build up your bones, cartilage, skin, and blood. They are one of the main nutrients that provide calories. Protein is one of the main nutrients that your body needs to survive.
Protein is often found in beef, pork, chicken, eggs, seafood, beans, nuts, seeds, and soy. The average person should consume about .4 grams of protein per pound of body weight protein is very important for your body.
